We assist with ticket booking support, travel planning, baggage guidance, and pre-departure briefing so students and parents clearly understand every step before travel.

Students receive guidance on airport procedures, immigration formalities, currency handling, essential documents to carry, and what to pack. For international students heading to Armenia or Russia, we also help with airport assistance coordination, connecting flights, and arrival instructions.

We further support students with airport pickup coordination, hostel guidance, local transport information, SIM card assistance, and settling-in tips, ensuring they feel confident, safe, and well-prepared throughout their journey.
